How to place an order?

Register and log in to our site first. Then search for plants via the search bar or browse through categories. Click on your chosen plant, select its specifications and quantity, and add it to your cart. Review your order in the cart, submit it, and complete payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer (T/T), or PayPal (available in selected regions).

Shipping methods & times?​

We offer three options: sea freight (for non-plant items only, cost-effective for large orders), air freight (faster but pricier, ideal for small or rare plant orders), and couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS (flexible door-to-door service). Transit times vary based on export procedures (quarantine, customs), destination customs clearance, and weather. Our team will give you an estimate when you place the order.

Damaged/dead plants on arrival?​

If plants arrive severely damaged, rotten, or dead, take photos right away and reach out via online support, WhatsApp, or Facebook. We’ll address it: for minor damage, we may offer partial compensation or replacements; for severe cases, we’ll reship with your next order or arrange a refund. Note: Issues from customs treatment, bad weather, or improper care aren’t covered.
